The early years lay the foundation for health and well-being throughout life. As educators, it is important to examine and identify how self-regulation plays an important role in children’s early development. Through co-regulation adults can help children develop self-regulation skills. This session of the Co-regulation webinar series examines the tools and strategies adults can use daily to co-regulate with children. Co-regulation will help children to develop self-regulation.
