Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Special Education Department of the Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre will be hosting a Virtual Clinical Services Summer Institute from August 4 – 7, 2020.
In order to participate in the Virtual Clinical Services Summer Institute, you will require an email address, Laptop/iPad/tablet, and internet connection. The Virtual Clinical Services Summer Institute, August 4 – 7, 2020, will have six different streams including:
Speech Language Pathology & Literacy Coaches
Physiotherapy & URIS (Unified Referral Intake System Nurse)
America Sign Language and Deaf & Hard of Hearing
Special Education Summer Institute
The Presenters will be delivering their sessions live on Zoom Webinar, which you can access from your community. The sessions will involve an introduction by the Presenter and then deliver the presentation and afterwards a question/discussion session.
The registration deadline is Wednesday, July 15th at 4:00 p.m.
Once the individual is accepted by MFNERC Clinical Services Dept., they will be notified via email.
Register for the individual sessions by clicking on the registration link. You will be asked to fill in you contact information, then watch your email for a confirmation with the link to the Zoom webinar.
