Two days for round table regarding Mathematics and the land- Why do we need to teach land-based activities? This 2-day session will focus on how Indigenous Peoples understand the importance of the drum within their worldview and the mathematics curriculum outcomes.
This math roundtable is for Early Years k – 4 Teachers.
Interested schools will need to:
- Designate one Early years teacher from your school to attend the 2-day roundtable. More than one teacher can attend however, we will be providing one drum kit per school.
