Along with Healthy Child MB, we are once again recruiting First Nations schools to take part in the Roots of Empathy (ROE) program during the 2015-2016 school year. Training dates for ROE instructors are June 3-5, 2015 or August 19-21, 2015.

Roots of Empathy is an evidence-based classroom program that has shown significant effect in reducing levels of aggression among school children while raising social/emotional competence and increasing empathy.

Applications are now available for either the June or August training. All expenses including hotel, meals and travel or airfare are covered through Healthy Child Manitoba.  Please note: there is a 2-year commitment required to deliver the program through Healthy Child Manitoba.
